Our approach
From rehabilitation to recreation: therapy and exercise in one place
Therapy often ends as soon as the pain eases, and the exercises are left for the patient to somehow manage alone at home. With us the process doesn't stop halfway: you get therapy and individual exercise in one place, under a therapist's supervision, all the way back to regular training.
How the process works
From the first visit to recreation, you go through four steps:
- Assessment. A conversation, specialised tests and a clear plan. What the visit includes.
- Therapy. Depending on your complaint we choose manual therapy, fascial manipulation, dry needling or devices. The aim is to reduce pain and restore movement.
- Individual exercise under supervision. Once the pain eases, you move into our exercise room. The therapist shows you each exercise, corrects your technique and adjusts the program according to how you respond.
- Recreation. When you are ready, you continue regular training with expert support, so the progress lasts beyond therapy.
Why exercise is not an add-on
For most musculoskeletal complaints, exercise is one of the best-supported parts of treatment. Therapy can reduce pain and make room for movement, while exercise builds the strength and endurance that keep that progress. That is why we don't separate them.
How this differs from ordinary training
The exercises are led by the physiotherapist who did your assessment and knows your findings. The program doesn't follow a template; it changes with your condition and your response. You never have to explain again why your knee or back hurts, and an exercise that doesn't suit your complaint won't be on the list.
Who it is for
- people who want to get stronger after back, neck, shoulder or knee pain and prevent it from coming back
- after an injury or surgery, once a doctor has cleared you to exercise
- athletes and recreational exercisers returning to training
- anyone who wants to exercise but fears the pain will return
After surgery or a more serious injury, exercise starts only with your doctor's approval. At the assessment we look together at where you are and what the next step is.
Price and payment
Prices for kinesiotherapy and individual exercise with a therapist are in the price list. You can pay in cash or by bank transfer; card payment is not available yet.
